Pleased with the service. I don't like how they ask you to pay before letting you know whether your designs will need formatting for print or not. As they charge extra for this and it actually effects their price point quite a lot as most competitors include a free design service with orders. There's a cancellation fee so essentially they take your money, then hit you with another bill for design once you're trapped in. The T-shirts came out well in the end and they are fairly competitive on price but I just don't find how they run the business with regards to the design area very ethical at all.
