I bought a new barbecue from Hamilton Gas Products in June but due to the weather, it is still in the box. However, both the price and speed of delivery were first class. I noticed yesterday that the cover which was ordered had not been included in the box and I contacted Hamiltons yesterday evening. I received a reply this morning advising me that a cover was in the post - so again first-class service.
