“Product was a replacement for my old recently broken one. It arrived very promptly and was fitted in my caravan the next day. Hence I am very happy.”

“My existing floor vent was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. An online search revealed that Hamilton Gas Products were the only company that could supply an identical vent. I ordered one at a reasonable price and it was delivered very quickly.”

“Very good a bit larger diameter than a standard stainless steel pigtail, and bending radius not good. But at least the internal diameter is 8mm”

“Writing this at 17:45 on 16 July. My Gas filler point was due on 08 July and I have still not received it. I have spoken to Johhny twice this week , but this has been ineffective. This is now the 2nd weekend I cannot finish the works to my van. The Parcelforce tracker has not changed since Thurs 08 July, I believe they has lost it, can you please send another ASAP or issue a refund so I can move on”
