“It does not warrent any star! It hasnt been delivered. My advice, Stop using DPD!”

Hi David We are sorry to hear about the issue you have had with this order. I can see you contacted us regarding this delivery, and a member of our customer service team replied to you with the information below ** Thank you for your order. I have checked the DPD tracking, and it says they tried to deliver it on 29/08 at 09:48 and 30/08 at 16:11, but there was no one there. Unfortunately, when the delivery fails twice, they will return it to us. After two failed deliveries, we are unable to stop a return. It can take 5-7 days for it to come back to us here in Northern Ireland. We will refund this order to you.
