“Order was put in after 12:00 on Friday but 2 days delivery was paid for, when I phoned on Tuesday I was informed that Monday was not included in the 2 days, the package did arrive Wednesday but the package was open as the box tape had not held , luckily the parts were still in place. I may still use Hamiltons, but not bothered to pay for 2 day delivery.”

As you mentioned, your order was placed on Friday after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch, which meant your order left us on Monday. As you paid for 2 working day delivery, delivery arriving on Tuesday would be 1 working day and delivery arriving on Wednesday would be 2 working days. Your order arrived on time on Wednesday. “Good value and good quality product. Good communication, speedy delivery. It would have been 5 stars except the new propane pigtail that was sent is date stamped 2024. They are recommended to be changed at five years fron the date stamp - that only gives me three years use.”

“valve did not work. closer inspecion revealed blocked tail, luckily I had a spare. valve has changed to 2nd bottle with first still half full. I bought a new valve from you earlier in the year which works perfectly. I am brooding a lot of turkey poults with the one described above and am concerned to the valves reliability. can you send a next day replacement? Regards Richard Keen.”
