“Good product at a fair price. I would have given 5 stars, but the introductory discount code for first time customers would not work no matter what I tried, and having paid £6.50 for delivery in 2 working days it actually took 4 working days to arrive.”

“So far, so good. Had a water boiler from Hippo Showers 3 years ago. It’s spent more time not working, back to seller x6 - Never once giving informed feedback - continuing to fail. Received my Ferolli water boiler. Set it up & working within an hour & delighted with its performance. By comparison - this boiler makes my previous purchase look like an insignificant toy for build quality. I have faith in reliability & trust in dealing with a competent seller/supplier. Mine is mounted in a purpose build mobile trolly with quick release brass fittings for complete flexibility to use for washing dishes, showering & also to shower off my horses. Perfect 👌”

“I ordered the wrong version of the Senso4s system, before opening the box I saw a symbol indicating not suitable for MOHO, called them up and ordered the correct model, I returned the first one and they refunded the price and postage. Really pleased with replacement and the service I received.”
