“Purchase was ok, let down by use of royal mail for delivery. Not attempt was made to deliver and I had to pick up from a local delivery office after 3 days despite paying for 24hour delivery.”

We can see that Sam from our Customer Service Team responded to your ticket and explained that you placed your order on Thursday, 12th Feb at 21.39. This is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your order left us on time the following day, Friday 13th February. You paid for our 2 working day service, which meant your order was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, 17th February, which was the 2nd working day. The tracking for your parcel shows that your order was delivered on time on Tuesday 17th February. We attached our handy delivery timetable to your ticket, which is available on our website and shows which day delivery is expected based on the day the order is placed and the service selected.

“I hadn't heard of Hamilton Gas before but I needed a chimney cowl and I was recommended a certain brand. Hamilton Gas had one at a more than reasonable price. It was a lot less than from anywhere else so I made an account and purchased it. It came earlier than expected and there were no issues with the item so I'm more than happy with the service I received from them.”

“‘New’ propane gas pigtail supplied in 2026 that was manufactured in 2023, so already 3 years old. It will have to be replaced in 2 years rather than the expected 5 years.”
