“This was my first time using hamilton gas products. The parcel took a couple of days to arrive which I was aware of however what was sent was wrong. An email was sent mid morning, but had to phone late afternoon as not recieved a response within 4/5 hours. The mistake was corrected ASAP the guy on the phone was very apologetic and helpful. But did hold up the job I was doing for a week rather than a couple of days.”

We can see the order was dispatched on time on Wednesday, 02/09, with Royal Mail on a tracked 48-hour label. Royal Mail were a day late and delivered it on Saturday, 05/09. “Bought a flue gas analyser off this company The analyser was a testo 327 -1 The analyser kept giving false readings and the company kept serving it and saying it was ok when it wasn't”

Thank you for your feedback Paraic, it is very important to us. Our records show that you purchased a Testo 327-1 analyser from us on 31 January 2023. The unit was received by our Calibration Centre on 8 January 2024, where water was found in the pump. The pump was dried out, the analyser was recalibrated, and following testing, the unit was confirmed to be operating correctly. The analyser was returned to us again on 6 February 2024, at which time water was found in the probe. Once again, the unit was dried out, thoroughly tested, and found to be functioning as expected. Since 6 February 2024, we have no further records of the analyser being returned to us or any additional faults being reported. Hi David We are sorry to hear about the issue you have had with this order. I can see you contacted us regarding this delivery, and a member of our customer service team replied to you with the information below ** Thank you for your order. I have checked the DPD tracking, and it says they tried to deliver it on 29/08 at 09:48 and 30/08 at 16:11, but there was no one there. Unfortunately, when the delivery fails twice, they will return it to us. After two failed deliveries, we are unable to stop a return. It can take 5-7 days for it to come back to us here in Northern Ireland. We will refund this order to you.
