“My order arrived promptly. I had an issue fitting the connector to my gas canister. I spoke with an adviser who was very helpful and a replacement was posted out. This resolved the issue. Would highly recommend.”

“Unfortunately the wrong water heater was delivered although the Invoice in the box was for the correct one. After a phone call they arranged for collection the following day with the advice that as soon as uplift was confirmed by the Carrier they would dispatch the replacement which would be here by the Friday. I am still waiting and in the meantime I have had to cancel my gas fitter.Very disappointing to say the least.”
