“Unfortunately the wrong water heater was delivered although the Invoice in the box was for the correct one. After a phone call they arranged for collection the following day with the advice that as soon as uplift was confirmed by the Carrier they would dispatch the replacement which would be here by the Friday. I am still waiting and in the meantime I have had to cancel my gas fitter.Very disappointing to say the least.”

“The product itself looks exactly what I was looking for. However, unfortunately on this occasion it arrived damage during Transport. That’s being said the Customer Services team are impeccable and have very quickly agreed to return the product and send me a new unit. Thank you, Team. Really nice to speak to a human when you have an issue!”
