“I found the website easy to navigate and found what I was after which was a 11kg number 1 bottle and white filling set up. I couldn’t believe the speed of delivery which was quicker than I expected. Within a few days. The items were excellently packaged, protected. Overall an impressive experience. Well done and hope you go from strength to strength.”

“I purchased Outback Omega 250 gas bbq wand some lava coals. Both were delivered in the same box, but the lava coals had been forced to the front of the bbq and both control knobs had sheared and are unusable. I removed the old knobs from my previous Omega 250 and used these. Not great as they look several years old on a brand new bbq. Would be grateful if replacements could be sent on.”

Hi Simon Thank you for sending the pictures of the out-of-date pigtail hose you received. We have replied to your email explaining how the pictures of the hose you sent were not purchased or supplied by us. We manufacture our own pigtails on-site and finish them with our stock label and manufacture date. We hope you are able to find the company you purchased them from to resolve the issue. “Yea, look everything was perfect but when I got the filling kit the instructions said that a right angled fitting is much better and safer. If I had known this I would have ordered it and saved carriage. Anyway I have it fitted now and it works fine just need to be a bit more careful with the hose.”
