The portable gas heater arrived well packaged in a cardboard box in good time, 2-3 days lead time, which was great, and not too much polystyrene thank goodness, as I loath the stuff, the heater itself looked to be very well put together, so 10/10 for that, the instructions were clear enough and easy to understand. The ignition worked perfectly first time. So, all in all, very satisfied, I hope Hamiltons have a prosperous future ahead of them.
