Your website is easy to use and up until my parcel left your store everything was going well . DPD advised me of a delivery time and I expected to be able to fit the part for my client that evening , DPD tx me with an andiguous message saying they were unable to deliver . I tracked the parcel and called DPD enquiries , the line was dropped 2 times and the 3 operators I spoke too were unable to help me . Unsure of the satus of my part I drove to DPD depot , there is no public reception , someone having a smoking break proved very helpfull but advised me my parcel had been bulk tipped and not findable but said it would be resent the next day . I drove too the client and advised him of the problem . Day 2 had the tx from DPD advising time of delivery returned home 1/2 hr before time and waited in the car outside the address 1 & 1/4 hr later a white van drove past me reversed into the neighbours drive to turn I got out the car to engage with the driver who drove past me at speed while taking a picture of my gate . NO attempt was made to deliver my parcel I shouted as she drove by but was ignored . I now had exeter depot number and complained of the poor service and one of there drivers using the phone while driving they tracked the parcel and said it was being returned to sender at this point I made my displeasure clear they then said it would be on the saturday delivery duely recieved a tx follower by another tx unable to deliver after consent being given to lieve in porch . again rang exeter depot offering to meet van at pree arranged point to collect my parcel , this was against there policy they spoke too the driver and he said he would deliver latter . Waited outside my house driver turned up and I eventually got my parcel .
