I ordered a nozzle for a Sievert gas torch. The item was found to be not in stock, after placing the order, but the Hamilton team were on the case and contaccted me directly to advise of the delay and to see if I wished to continue with the purchase. No problems from my perspective and very pleased with the Hamilton service.
