Visited their premises on 2 occasions firstly, to see what was on offer by way of gas BBQs and secondly, to buy. Both times the same staff member was most helpful in answering questions, explaining how items worked and the differences in the various BBQ types on offer. The Tomohawk BBQ eventually chosen was 'on offer' at a good price. Instructions on assembly were clear and easy to understand. Have yet to use the BBQ but expect no issues.
