You really get to know how good a company is when something goes wrong. I am in the UK for one week and I ordered a crepe maker from Hamilton Gas Products. It arrived damaged and I needed to return it and get the replacement within 6 days. The company could not have been more apologetic or helpful when it came to meeting this requirement. I emailed the company on Wednesday evening, the pick up of the damaged unit was arranged for Friday and the company expedited shipment of the replacement unit as soon as the pick-up was made. I had the replacement unit on Sunday meaning that the whole process from unpacking the damaged unit to receiving the replacement was four days. This is outstanding service and I can not endorse this company more strongly. First class experience.
