Very dissapoimted, ordered water heater on sunday as banner and order by time counter on website very clearly stated that delivery would be wednesday 28th Aug. I called on Tuesday to confirm delivery but was told that the website would not have said and delivery would be thursday. Heater did arrive on thursday but this was to late for my customer to cancel their guests and has cost me more than the cost of the heater. This is a shame as Hamilton have been great iin the past. As an aside I would not recommend the Rinnai REU water heater as this is the 3rd unit in 4yrs, Rinnai customer service is very poor, this time we were even told that the unit only being used a few times a month was the cause of the failures, nice looking but very poor quality heaters.
