I purchased a gas heater and intended to buy two but rather than having to return two I ordered one for £89. I was so impressed with the product that two days later I went to order the second and found that it was now £99. I explained the situation to Alan at Hamilton Gas requesting that I get the second item for £89 but was refused. I am so disappointed at his response and loathe to order another heater as I wonder what any after service should I need it, would be like.
