Bought a Rinnia 17i 35kw water heater with flu as a package for a small restaurant kitchen as a replacement for an Andrews water heater with a failed heat exchanger. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable on the product, it was delivered on time, with clear instructions and was an easy fit, performance is good and time will tell on its long term reliability. Hamilton Gas are a very professional company with good customer support.
