The product was more expensive than similar gas fires that come as a flat pack. However, I chose to pay more for a sturdy, properly-built fire with the potential back-up of a professional company for resolving any problems later. The fire was delivered in good time and was double boxed to provide proper security and protection. The instructions were a little sparse but, once I had fitted the gas regulator properly onto the cylinder, lighting-up was successful, using the instructions on the fire itself. More compact than our previous (1980's) fire. Good heat output, as described.
