Received item very quickly, upon opening front cover of boiler had three dents. This also was a returned item as had another customer name and address on. Had boiler installed working fine but very disappointed with condition of front panel, would have sent back but urgently needed this fitted. Think I will still see if I can get a replacement cover from Hamilton.
