I appreciate the free basic will template and that it is relatively easy to use. A bit more flexibility in it would be great but given it is free, that might be too much to ask. The only significant problem I've had is that it sends emails about the will to people who you list in the process. Often, they don't see it as it goes to their Spam folder, but sometimes they receive it and panic because they think it means the author is going to die in the short term. I've had people contact me under those circumstances and they've been distressed or confused by the email. It would be better if the system gave you discretion to allow this or not, and if it gave you time to send an explanatory email to recipients before they receive the system email. The system could do with a larger list of charities, but it is easy to add them by getting the ABN from their website.
