Hi Writing the will was fairly straightforward. I suspect that the Gifts section should probably come before the Residual Estate section in the filling out process (but not necessarily the final will document), as this is how we typically think about such things (fixed price bits first). It would also be handy to have a general purpose Notes-to-Excecutor section, but whether this ultimately ends up in the Will itself, or the Wishes document I'm not sure. The types of notes I'm thinking of could be for clarification eg. specifically mentioning any joint owned properties that will revert to the other party, or direct how a trust share is to be handled. If you need to go through and interate a number of drafts before ending up with a will, it would be just plain annoying for executors to be alerted by email every time you download a new version. Perhaps Alerts should be a tick box option (with default ticked)?
