I was a bit apprehensive about using an online service, however with an operation in the near future I decided to update an old will and create a new one, life changes and changes need to be reflected in new documents. I worked my way thru the prompts, paused a lot to think, however the process worked well, I downloaded the new will, printed it and today had my signature added and the two witnesses complete the signing. So it's done, I trust its not needed for many years to come, however I consider it essential to have a will, life does have its swings and roundabouts and who knows when my clock will run out, thanks.
