It was such a relief to finally be able to write a new, simple Will. Two things made the process a little challenging: finding the birth dates for my 5 children- would be easier to just be able to type in the dates. And secondly, when I went to download the finished Will, I had an automated message saying the people I’ve chosen as Executors would all be notified by email that I’d written the Will. I’ve chosen 3 of my children & I don’t want that to happen right now, they’re grieving their grandmother & I want to be able to talk to them myself in due course. This means I can’t download or print the Will. I found a few times that the website was switching between NZ & Australia & I had to change it back to NZ.
