Great gazebo, excellent customer service. My new gazebo was delivered promptly which was a blessing because I only had that one day before I started on a month camping trip. Unfortunately when I started to put it up, I discovered that two of the connectors were broken. However when I phoned, then emailed photos, the wonderful lady in sales assured me that they would send out replacement connectors. They even did an express overnight delivery on Saturday so that I didn't have to spend all weekend sleeping with my gear in my small van! Things can and do go wrong, so I'm very glad that I bought from a British company that practices excellent customer service. Thanks Gazebo Shop.
