What a treat this company is. Its business in the most sustainable and beautiful sense. Always delivered when Gazegill says it will. Its always packed really well. The cats play on the box for ages and then it's recycled. The wool packing is great. I keep it for stuffing sewing projects. I have no complaints which is a rare thing in this day and age. So all the stars for Gazegill.
