Called into Brighton store this morning with some Christmas gift shirts and shorts that were to big. Even though we did not have a receipt for the shorts Alex was only to happy to exchange for a smaller size. It was amazingly easy and a pleasure to be treated like a real customer. I ama Gaz Man wearer and will continue to be. Thanks Alex, great job.
