Recently changed cars to a more expensive model. Simple and easy online system done in 2 minutes. Most companies will fleece you when you change vehicle. This was £19 extra for the 11 months remaining.
Unfortunately there was a delay getting the new car so I had to change back to my old vehicle for 2 days. I rang admiral expecting a heavy admin fee and probably a higher premium. They wavered the admin fees and gave me a small refund. The lady was so helpful.
