Have a few policies, aparentally in 2021 they cant be linked to the same email or account!!! advised me to set up more than one email, refused me access to legally required documents, rude staff, didn't respond to calls emails etc.. as promised, no help at all. One staff member confirmed another had lied to me, but dint apologise.
I will be going to the financial ombudsman as they still haven't even given me a receipt. and no documents at all for my car insurance, took the money mind.
