Car taken away for repairs, and no courtesy car provided. Advised "quote for repairs must be approved before courtesy car provided".
Days have passed. Without a car, cannot go to work, cannot go on holiday as planned. Terrible customer service. How can you leave a family without a car for so long? Most insurers would provide courtesy car at the time of collecting customer's car.
