Terrible firm to contact, absolutely furious after waiting on the phone for hours, couldn’t access webchat or download app as there was a problem.
Cancelled auto renew on webchat but still took the money out of my account.
Now I cannot contact anyone to cancel payment.
Never, ever will I ever go with Admiral Insurance again, absolute nightmare. I dread to think if I ever had to make a claim!
