Had to cancel my wife's car insurance with four months remaining on the policy due to her serious health issues which means that she can no longer drive.
Customer Services were to say the least very unhelpful and unsympathetic and the penalty for cancelling early was extortionate.
I work for a multi national company with 30,000 employees and I will be circulating an email to everyone recommending that they avoid using Admiral for future car insurance.
