Currently waiting for van to have an assessment 4 weeks after it was damaged. No one calls back, no one answers emails, online chat and they didn't know where the van was for three weeks and no indication of when it will be repaired.
Worst service I have ever had with a vehicle and cannot wait to cancel my policy
