Do not use this company if you value your sanity!
Nice enough when trying to arrange a policy but pitiful when it comes to making a claim.
Had a drainage complaint ongoing for 14 weeks. They sent people round to remove 90% of floorboards in the affected room and we’ve had to live with them like that for a month. Balancing on bits of chipboard to access the room.
Complained to Admiral repeatedly but they’ve done nothing to resolve it.
Admiral and their contractors have both contacted me with conflicting stories and zero effort to put the matter right.
