Auto Renewed my policy even after I cancelled it. Has effected my credit score for months, they passed me on to Ardent who sent threat after threat after threat chasing for money I didn’t even owe and threatening court action.
ardent have now dropped the case because I have all needed evidence that I cancelled, now admiral are ignoring me trying to rectify my score. Have sent 3 in email in a 2 month period and have no response.
Awful, stay away. (Car insurance). No idea how this is such a popular insurer, absolute con artists
