This complaint went to your underwriters and they said No!!! They only cover Humans not dogs ( My dog along with 90% of the human population is a family member) It wasn't as though the dogs operation was a small operation to stop me going on my holiday. It was a major operation from an unexpected accident which the vet said he could be paraplegic and after a 5 hour operation he needed 24 hr care from me. Sam I have been in touch about this before about my travel insurance with you. And you said No! I want other customers to see that Admiral take your money then won't pay out when a MAJOR!!!! Catastrophic Accident happened with my dog which prevented me from travelling. Would you have left him? He needed 24hr care. Discusting!!! We are a nation of dog lovers.
