We were having trouble getting our car insurance online. So we made a call to Admiral. It was a staff named Winnie to our assistant, very polite and professional. She helped us with our form. She also helped us get the unclaimed bonus which we had no knowledge of.
Winnie did provide us with the best service. Thank you very much.
