Absolutely shocking customer service .We had an accident and 5 days after endless phone calls from us and having to pay for a hire car even though we have courtesy car cover we are still non the closer to getting anything sorted .
They have told us so many different versions from the numerous different customer service advisors !!
The stress this has caused is beyond belief so avoid at all costs and use another insurance company who are helpful and give you the services you pay for
