Just rubbish
3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid.
