After an accident 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for a resolution! a lack of contact & communication, this is 2024 & we have technology at our fingertips, yet a phonecall or email is too difficult for them! I am still without a car & any solution, disgusting lack of service, very quick to take your money when you upgrade your policy but lacking the other way round. I will never use Admiral again or ever recommend them to others!
