My old company cancelled my policy without warning. Yet admiral could see that my policy had one day left to run. Admiral covered both cars and my home. The girl was called Shelley. She was so understanding and patient. Anyhow fast forward to Saturday night, realised my bank wasn't right. I got into a flap, no sleep for two nights. I called today, a nice chap helped me, I started to hyper ventilate, he calmed me and reassured me that my policy would be emailed as I couldn't do the download thing. These two staff members are without doubt fantastic, they went way beyond and I feel reassured that I have fabulous cover.
