This 5 star rate is for the price of the car insurance i bought from them and the way the customer service person handle my application. About the price, it was a long way cheaper than all the comprehensive car insurance i checked and compared. I hold a 1 year and a week old full UK license as i write, and i tell you it was a bargain. The person i spoke to was also very good, i told him to call me back as my call minutes are gonna be over. Hopefully i will not need to use the insurance i bought, but will give a review if ever i use it. Regarding renewal, i will give them a ring anytime this coming week to tell them not to automatically renew my insurance.
