We are a family in bereavement, having lost our son a few weeks ago. I have tried to get hold of the car insurance team and home insurance team to change existing policies, and have had no replies yet. I somehow would have expected that a bereavement team replies fast and that we don't have to wait and re-contact Admiral again and again in order to remove the person who's passed away from the policies.
