they do not insure learner drivers in Northern Ireland. You only find this out after filling in all the forms online, that is 30 minutes Ill never get back. The headline saying that they do insure drivers in the UK is misleading.
They are aware of it bet refuse to put a notice up to stop you wasting your time.
