Chose to renew my car insurance with another company as Admiral had hicked the price, got this confirmed by email.
Admiral then went and took the money from my credit card 2 weeks later!
Wouldn't respond to my complaint for refunding it as they effectively 'stole' that money, credit card company stepped in and got the refund.
Appalling company, underhand and deceitful.
