Phoned for a quote for multicar insurance ,and they didn't seem to care.
Everything seemed a chore, mainly because I didn't do the quote online, I did try but on three occasions the site crashed .
I think admiral are probably making so much money that they are not worried .
If this is how they treat potential customers I for one am glad I went elsewhere.
