Terrible company, don't send out renewal digital or physical resulting in me driving without insurance then try and charge an additional £150 for the privilege and then a cancellation fee 1/2 the price of the years' insurance to cancel it.
Terrible communication, Terrible customer service only care about the money they can get out of you at every turn even if it is there own mistake they take no responsibility and just try and get more money or refuse refunds.
