Avoid at all costs. Same experience on both motor and home insurance: ridiculously inflated 'cancellation fee' (as well as fees for just about any kind of amendment/ alteration you may wish to make to your policy mid-term, all bearing no resemblance to the reasonable cost of doing so).
Also: for the most part you can't manage policies sold online via their website. You have to call. And wait and wait and wait and wait...
