Prefer no stars, got falsely accused of hitting another car..spent 4 weeks trying to prove that I was not responsible despite engineers report, Police View CCTV AND CHECKING VEHICLE...
Complete lack of customer service/care chose to take claimants version despite the fact that obtained personal details fraudulently and blatantly lied to Police... Claimant also has same insurance company “Conflict of Interests”
In balance of Probability...not facts...
