Awful. takes ages for phone to answer. You have to tap in policy number, date of birth, postcode - and then they still ask for all the details again. And again, and again - as they pass you around and noone knows what they are doing.
after 20 mins I was back in a queue because the guy didnt understand what I wanted. Admiral - wake up - these are your procedures. It is not for your customers to understand. I wanted to renew my insurance. apparently that didn't require 'renewals' because I was joining another policy I have with you. So I had to queue for Customer Service - and then repeat all my information - and the guy still didnt get it.
