I have found that Allianz are very professional, efficient, knowledgable, helpful and have excellent customer service skills. I have found that all my questions were answered very efficiently. The paperwork has all come through on line very quickly and correct, it is easy to read and easy to understand. Their customer service is second to none and I am that impressed with the way they conduct themselves as a company I now have my car and house insurance with them.
