It took Allianz 4 months to process my initial claim which was denied because Allianz had processed the claim under the incorrect insurance provider. It has now been submitted under the correct company but there are issues.
When trying to reach someone on the phone, I have waited for over 2 hours on more than one occasion. On one such occasion while on hold, the call was dropped by Allianz and I was forced to call back again to wait yet again.
Absolutely terrible customer service for a company who's industry is customer service!
