Absolutely Awful!!.
i was with Flow insurance for years. never had in issue, it always renewed and i paid monthly no problems. Allianz took it over and tried to bill me all in one go. i tried to contact them to find they don’t speak to customers only via email. i emailed and had a response that i need to sign up for a digital account. i never had an email or letter explaining any of this. i emailed in and i was told that they now automatically renew policies at full payment, and you have to request monthly. i was told to cancel the policy online. i have tried multiple times and all i keep getting is a website error. again, i have emailed and sent the proof of error. to now be told that as the policy has started and is unpaid i will be charged for the days used and a cancellation fee. this is not my fault i have tried and tried to get hold of them and even now my last email sent was on the 16th of august and still no response. i have been without my car since the error for nearly a week. my wife is incredibly sick in hospital and its just me and my children having to use my company van to get about.
